A former Yakuza lieutenant, to the extinct Hirayama-kai in Koshu, Hingashi. Infamous for his family's betrayal, and the eradication of his oyabun and kyodai, near a decade ago, he has since set up shop as a bartender in Kugane. No one knows how or why, but know better than to ask him, for fear of his indomitable wrath and sheer lunacy.

Mitsuaki Koyanagi

At first, Mitsuaki was simply a curious patron that had wandered into his bar, yet quickly developed into a match made in heaven (at least, to Touma's deranged standards). A gifted Ul'dahn mortician with a mysterious past, she has quickly become the apple of his eye, and are to be engaged in holy matrimony, after only their second meeting.

At your service

In a dark corner of Kugane, there is a small hole-in-the-wall bar reputably owned by a well dressed maniac, that knows how to mix a damn good drink. Though often lacking for customers, it has earned a loyal handful of regulars now and then, for a drink and friendly chat.

The Mountain Tiger

For over twenty years, Touma Hirayama has held the title of The Mountain Tiger. Known beyond Koshu, he has travelled across Hingashi and Othard on business, to extend the reach of the Hirayama-kai, during its peak as a well-respected family. His reputation as the family's top lieutenant might still be remembered, among those he crossed or happened to brush shoulders with him.
